'Your first transaction' - The first time you buy credits there is an extra step for security purposes. You will see the following message: "As this is your first transaction with us, we need to SMS a code to your mobile phone, which you can then enter below. This will only be required for your first transaction, and we apologize for the inconvenience."

ENTER the cell number for receiving the security code. (country code and number, no spaces or leading zero, e.g. 27828872376)

CLICK 'Send my code now' to receive a security code.

ENTER 'Code' as displayed in received SMS.

CLICK 'Proceed' The following message will be displayed: "Thank you. This procedure will not be required for future transactions."

Click 'Proceed'

Buy credits page will be displayed. (This will be the main page after the first time.)

SELECT 'Credits' to be purchased using the drop down list.

CLICK 'Continue'

Confirm transaction details page will display the the cost of the credits and identify the payment gateway.

CLICK 'Purchase credits'

The payment gateways page will be displayed. Complete the form as instructed. (Help for payment gateway is provided by payment vendor.)

When the purchase is completed your credits will be available and displayed on your user home page.
