Edit Profile

This feature allows you to see your current profile to edit it. Passwords are changed here.

Log onto your account and go to 'User Account'

CLICK 'Update Your Profile'

The following fields are for information only and can not be changed:

User Id
Daily quota - This can be changed by emailing Support

The following fields can be changed:

Password - Enter nothing to leave the password the same.
Security Question
Security Answer
Tax Ref. No.
Low Credit Level - If your credits go below this level, you will be notified by email.
Default repliable - Make your messages repliable by default, on web site and all other interfaces.
Time Zone (used for scheduling messages - can be changed if travelling)
First Name
Surname
Email
Cell number (country code and number, no spaces or leading zero, e.g. 27828872376)
Telephone (e.g. 27828872376)
Fax (e.g. 27828872376)
