Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password you can make use of this facility. To use this you must have entered an email address into your profile and that email address must still be valid.

Click the 'forgot password?' link next to the login button. In the 'Recover your password' page that opens, enter either your Username or your Email address. Click 'Recover'. You will receive the following message, "Your password recovery details have been emailed to your registered email address. You need to follow the instructions contained in the email within the following 60 minutes."

The email will contain a URL that will allow you to change your password in your profile. This will only work for 60 minutes. If you do nothing with the email, no change will take place. There is no risk to security.

Change your password

To change your password, you need to LOGIN first and then CLICK on 'Update your profile'.
